BEACH RENTALS

This is the backyard that I ocean-kayak on.

My home has a small guest room available to family and friends. Rent? None! There is a Russian chef on duty most times. ALSO, as the "Chef" loves time off to sample other gourmet styles, so you can cook, too. Free room... NO maid service... washer and soap is available.

Sometimes I have a separate studio available with a nice kitchen/patio. Rent is $750 a month with personal references required. Although it is on the side of the house, the porch has a view of the ocean.
